Now is the time to prepare for flood season

We are still in the midst of Winter, but flooding is happening throughout the region. Unusually warm weather, coupled with significant amounts of rain, has created potential for flooding in many locations. These conditions may worsen in the coming months if weather patterns remain consistent. Flooded basements are not uncommon in this area, and there is little that can be done about ground water seeping through a home's foundation.
